Job summary

Protocol Education Ltd is seeking enthusiastic and reliable Teaching Assistants to work in a range of welcoming primary schools across Battersea (SW11). Whether you want day-to-day supply, short-term assignments, or a long-term role, we want to hear from you.

Responsibilities include supporting pupils across EYFS to KS2, 1:1 or small group support, assisting teachers, and promoting an inclusive learning environment. DBS checks and references will be required.

Qualifications

• Has experience working with children, either in schools, childcare, coaching, tutoring, or similar settings.
• Caring, patient, and enthusiastic.
• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to adapt confidently to different school environments.
• Holds an enhanced DBS on the Update Service or is willing to obtain one.

Responsibilities

• Support pupils in the classroom across EYFS, KS1, or KS2.
• 1:1 support with children or small groups.
• Assist the class teacher with learning activities.
• Help create a positive, inclusive learning environment.
• Support pupils with additional needs where required.
