Job summary

TeacherActive in Cardiff is seeking a part-time Teaching Assistant to support teachers and pupils around university commitments. You may help with day-to-day classroom activities and provide 1-1 reading support where needed.

This role offers flexible hours, pay at £14.25 per hour, and ongoing CPD and development through My-Progression; your work will contribute to learning and development in friendly Cardiff primary schools.

Qualifications

• Experience working with, teaching or supporting children.
• Genuine interest in children’s learning and development.
• Confidence working with pupils individually and within the classroom.

Responsibilities

• Assist teachers with day-to-day classroom activities.
• Support pupils with their learning.
• Provide 1-1 reading support when required.
