Job summary

Serco Limited is recruiting a Swimming Teacher in Bishops Castle. The role is part-time and temporary, offering a salary of £13.00–£16.98 per hour depending on qualifications. You’ll deliver safe, progressive swimming lessons across Serco’s leisure facilities and work within a supportive, training-focused team.

DBS checks are provided, and opportunities for career development are available. Applicants should have an STA Award/Certificate in Teaching Swimming or Swim England Level 2.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service skills and ability to engage with people of all ages and backgrounds.
• Must hold STA Award/Certificate in Teaching Swimming or Swim England Level 2.
• DBS check required; training available if not qualified.

Responsibilities

• Deliver safe, fun, and progressive swimming lessons.
• Teach across multiple leisure centres and adapt to different pools.
• Contract hours flexible to fit around your commitments.
