Independent Lives in Burgess Hill is seeking a Flexible Support Worker to assist with daily living tasks in a home setting. The role is part-time and on-site, with a starting rate of £15 per hour. You will support independent living and participation in social activities within the community.

Ideal candidates are friendly, reliable, patient, and able to follow instructions. Driving licence and access to a car are advantageous for transport to activities; right to work in the UK and a DBS check

Hours per week:

I am looking for friendly and reliable people to join my small team of Personal Assistants who help me live independently in my own home. The role is flexible and open to job shares/flexible working schedules.

This is a rewarding role where you'll be supporting me with everyday domestic tasks and accompanying me to social and community activities that I enjoy.

About You:

• Kind, patient, and sociable - someone who enjoys helping others
• Comfortable around animals - I have a lovely support dog and an indoor cat
• Ideally, you'll have a driving licence and be happy to use your car to drive me and my support dog (fuel costs can be discussed)
