You will work closely with session leaders, act as a positive role model, apply trauma-informed strategies, and help students stay motivated while building essential life skills. This is a flexible, empowering education role.

Qualifications

• Previous mentor or youth-work experience with young people with complex needs.
• Ability to engage learners using trauma-informed approaches.
• Commitment to safeguarding and supporting positive behaviour.

Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging learning activities with session leaders.
• Provide a safe, supportive space for students to talk and feel heard.
• Apply trauma-informed and behavior support strategies in real time.
• Motivate students with creative, personalized encouragement.
• Help close learning gaps while building life skills and confidence.
