Job summary

Teach is actively seeking enthusiastic and caring Teaching Assistants to work on a flexible supply basis across Coventry and Warwickshire. The role covers mainstream, SEND settings and specialist provisions, with opportunities to work across a range of schools.

We welcome candidates with SEND experience, including autism/ASC, ADHD and other needs, and those looking to develop their career in education. Flexible hours and diverse settings provide varied experience.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting children and young people in an educational setting.
• Able to build positive relationships with pupils and staff.
• Caring, patient and approachable with good communication.

Responsibilities

• Support pupils on a 1:1 basis or in small groups.
• Provide classroom and learning support to teachers.
• Assist with learning activities and routines in the classroom.
• Encourage positive behaviour and engagement.
• Support pupils with additional learning needs.
