Teach is recruiting enthusiastic, caring and experienced Supply Teaching Assistants to work on a supply basis across Chester and the surrounding areas.

Responsibilities

• Support pupils on a 1:1 basis or in small groups
• Provide classroom and learning support
• Assist teachers with learning activities and routines
• Encourage positive behaviour and engagement
• Support pupils with additional learning needs
• Help pupils develop confidence, independence and social skills
• Build positive relationships with pupils and staff
• Adapt your approach to meet individual needs
