Job summary

Aspire People is seeking Supply Teaching Assistants to support a range of schools across Northamptonshire, including Northampton, Kettering, Corby and Wellingborough.

You will travel between assignments, support teachers and pupils, adapt to different classrooms, and assist pupils with varying needs. The role offers flexible day-to-day coverage and starts ASAP, depending on registration and availability.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Teaching Assistant or support role in education.
• Willingness to travel between Northamptonshire locations.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience with learners with additional needs is a plus.
• Reliable, adaptable and punctual with a professional attitude.

Responsibilities

• Support classroom learning and assist with educational activities.
• Work with individuals and small groups to aid pupil learning.
• Help maintain pupil engagement, focus and motivation.
• Assist with classroom routines and behavior management.
• Provide additional support to pupils with different learning needs.
