Qualifications

• Experience as a Teaching Assistant is welcome.
• Ability to support pupils one-to-one or in small groups.
• Strong interpersonal skills with both pupils and staff.

Responsibilities

• Support pupils on a 1:1 basis or in small groups.
• Provide classroom and learning support to teachers.
• Assist with learning activities and routines in the classroom.
• Encourage positive behaviour and engagement.
• Support pupils with additional learning needs (SEND).
• Help pupils develop confidence, independence and social skills.
• Build positive relationships with pupils and staff.
