Qualifications

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is required.
• Experience working as a Supply Teacher or Primary Teacher is preferred.
• Strong classroom management and clear communication skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging lessons as a Supply Teacher across a variety of year groups.
• Follow school planning or confidently adapt lessons as a Supply Teacher.
• Maintain excellent classroom behaviour as a Supply Teacher.
• Create a positive and inclusive learning environment as a Supply Teacher.
• Assess pupils' understanding and provide feedback where appropriate as a Supply Teacher.
• Build positive relationships with pupils, staff and school leaders as a Supply Teacher.
• Uphold safeguarding and school policies at all times as a Supply Teacher.
