Qualifications

• QTS required.
• Experience as Supply Teacher or Primary Teacher.
• Strong classroom management.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging lessons across a variety of year groups as a Supply Teacher.
• Follow school planning or adapt lessons as needed.
• Maintain excellent classroom behaviour and student engagement.
• Create a positive, inclusive learning environment.
• Assess pupils' understanding and provide timely feedback.
• Build positive relationships with pupils, staff and leaders.
• Uphold safeguarding and school policies at all times.
