We’re looking for adaptable and reliable Cover Teachers to work across a range of secondary schools in the Dorset area.

The Role:

Step into classrooms with confidence and deliver pre-planned lessons

Provide cover across a mix of subjects and year groups (KS3 & KS4)

Keep students on task and engaged in the absence of their usual teacher

Enjoy the variety of working in different school environments

UK QTS or equivalent teaching qualification

Strong behaviour management and communication skills

A positive, professional approach to teaching

Availability at least 2 days per week (or more if preferred)
