Starting in September, this full-time role is ideal for qualified teachers who are looking for flexibility without compromising on impact.

About the Role:

As a Flexible Supply Teacher, you’ll be placed in different schools as needed, delivering lessons in the absence of class teachers. Your role is to maintain classroom routines, follow provided lesson plans, and ensure students remain on track with their learning.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver pre-planned lessons to pupils per the school’s curriculum.
• Adapt to different classroom environments with confidence and professionalism.
• Maintain a calm and productive learning atmosphere.
• Monitor student engagement and ensure classwork is completed.
• Implement school behaviour policies and follow safeguarding procedures.
• Liaise with school staff to provide updates on student behaviour and lesson outcomes.

Job Requirements:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent is essential.
• Strong classroom management and adaptability across various year groups and subjects.
• A positive, professional, and flexible approach to teaching.
• Ability to integrate quickly and effectively into new school settings.
• Availability to work full-time from September 2025.
• Have an updated CV (covering the last ten years, barring any unexplained gaps) and an enhanced DBS registered to the Update Service (or be willing to apply for one).
