Job summary

Victorious Academies Trust is seeking Supply Teaching Assistants (Levels 1–3) to support across its academies. You will help create engaging learning environments and provide 1:1, small-group or in-class support as required.

Applicants should hold Level 1–3 TA qualifications and have experience in educational settings. The role offers flexible placements with safeguarding at the core of the Trust’s approach.

Qualifications

• Qualified as Teaching Assistant at Level 1, 2 or 3.
• Experience in educational settings is essential for supply roles.

Responsibilities

• Support teaching across different year groups and settings.
• Provide 1:1, small-group or in-class support as needed.
• Assist with classroom preparation, resources, displays and admin tasks.
• Support pupils’ wellbeing, behavior and academic development.
• Collaborate with staff to help pupils thrive and achieve potential.
