Job summary

John Lewis is seeking a Stock Replenishment Assistant to keep our Tonbridge store well stocked and presenting a high standard for customers. This role supports daily operations, ensuring shelves are full, prices and dates are checked, and stock is rotated correctly.

Ideal candidates will have supermarket experience, be detail-oriented, and able to work both independently and as part of a team. Flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, are required.

Qualifications

• Stock replenishment or supermarket retail experience.
• Detail-oriented and well organized.
• Able to work independently and in a team.
• Flexible with shifts including evenings and weekends.
• Passport and ability to commute.

Responsibilities

• Replenish and move stock across the store (lifting/alcohol handling).
• Check product dates and rotate stock.
• Keep shelves full, tidy and customer ready.
• Maintain clean, organized work areas.
• Manage time to meet store deadlines.
• Prepare the store for opening with a high standard of presentation.
• Work closely with your team and communicate clearly.
• Always represent the brand professionally.
