Job summary

John Lewis is seeking a Stock Replenishment Assistant to keep shelves full and customer ready in a busy UK store. You will replenish stock, rotate products, check dates, and maintain clean, organised work areas while working to a flexible shift pattern.

You should have at least 1 year of stock replenishment or supermarket experience, be reliable and able to work alone or with a team, and be prepared to commute. A positive, professional approach to representing the brand is essential.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of stock replenishment or supermarket retail experience.
• Strong attention to detail and good organisation.
• Flexible with shifts including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Replenish and move stock across the store, including lifting and alcohol handling.
• Check product dates and maintain accurate stock rotation.
• Keep shelves full, tidy, and customer ready.
• Prepare store for opening and deliver a high standard of presentation.
• Work with your team and communicate clearly.
