Job summary

John Lewis is seeking a Stock Replenishment Assistant for our Sevenoaks store. You will help keep shelves stocked, handle stock movement, and ensure products are presented and rotated properly to meet customer needs.

The role requires attention to detail, reliability, and the ability to work both independently and within a team, including flexible shifts evenings and weekends. A passport and ability to commute are essential for this position.

Qualifications

• Stock replenishment or supermarket retail experience.

Responsibilities

• Replenish and move stock across the store, including lifting and alcohol handling.
• Check product dates and maintain stock rotation.
• Keep shelves full, tidy, and customer ready.
• Maintain clean, organised work areas.
• Manage time to meet store deadlines.
• Prepare the store for opening and deliver presentation standards.
• Work closely with your team and communicate clearly.
• Represent the brand professionally.
