Harlow College in Harlow is recruiting for a flexible and proactive teacher to deliver Sport/Public Services programmes. You will use varied teaching methods to help learners progress, address individual needs and foster autonomous learning.

Whilst a degree or relevant qualification is preferred, teaching qualifications are not required; on‑the‑job training will be provided, with support to obtain teaching or assessing qualifications.

Qualifications

• Degree or relevant qualification; significant industrial experience accepted.
• No formal teaching qualification required; on‑the‑job training supported.
• Willing to undertake teaching or assessing qualification if not already held.

Responsabilités

• Use a range of teaching and learning initiatives to engage, motivate and enable all learners to make significant progress from their starting points.
• Address individual learning needs and overcome barriers to learning while encouraging autonomous learning.
