Job summary

Remedy Education in Harlow is seeking energetic and compassionate Graduate Teaching Assistants to support learners across primary, secondary and SEN settings. You will work with both classes and individuals, helping to aid understanding and acting as a bridge between teachers and students.

You will form meaningful relationships, be confident in behaviour management and de-escalation, and enjoy the flexibility to choose when you work. A supportive team of consultants will back you at every step.

Qualifications

• Graduate with a degree and an interest in supporting learners.
• Strong ability to form relationships with students and staff.
• Interest in working across primary, secondary and SEN settings.

Responsibilities

• Support teaching in primary, secondary and SEN classrooms.
• Work with both classes and individuals to aid understanding.
• Act as a bridge between teachers and students needing extra help.
