• Minimum six months of paid UK care or support experience within the last two years.
• The right to work in the UK.
• Age 18 or over.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide practical care and support.
• Help with everyday tasks and getting out into the community.
• Encourage independence, choice and social engagement.
• Provide or prompt personal care when required.
• Follow support plans and keep accurate records.
• Some services may require complex care and additional training.
