Job summary

Caronne Care is dedicated to promoting the welfare, wellbeing, and independence of its service users through high-quality, person-centred care. Care Assistants provide support with personal care, meal preparation, medication, and emotional wellbeing while building meaningful relationships with service users.

We offer flexible shifts across seven days a week, including morning/lunch shifts (07:00–15:00) and tea/bed shifts (15:30–21:30).

Qualifications

• Caring and reliable individuals with excellent communication skills.
• No prior care experience required; full induction training provided.
• Access to own vehicle preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide support with personal care and daily activities.
• Assist with meal preparation and medication management.
• Support emotional wellbeing and build relationships with service users.
