Job summary

Together for Mental Wellbeing is seeking Relief Mental Health Support Workers to join our Sudbury accommodation service at Lucas Road. This is a zero-hours contract with shifts that may include early, late and sleep-in duties; some enhancements apply.

Induction and probation may lead to future full-time opportunities. You will support vulnerable service users to sustain tenancies, build independence and improve wellbeing, while maintaining boundaries and confidentiality.

Qualifications

• Qualifications are not important; attitude, compassion and commitment matter.
• DBS check and satisfactory references required.
• No sponsorship for non-UK nationals.

Responsibilities

• Support and encourage tenants to maintain tenancies and wellbeing.
• Help service users reach greater independence and community connections.
• Assist with life skills and activities to promote autonomy.
