Exemplar Health Care is seeking a Health Care Assistant for Scotia Heights in Stoke-on-Trent. The role offers flexible shift patterns across days and evenings to support adults with complex care needs. You’ll help with personal care, meals, activities, and daily records, contributing to a compassionate, person-centered service.

We value empathy and reliability; six months’ care experience is preferred but not essential. Training and induction are provided.
