Job summary

Exemplar Health Care’s Scotia Heights in Stoke-on-Trent seeks a caring Health Care Assistant to support adults with complex care needs across day and night shifts. The role involves maintaining a compassionate, respectful environment and contributing to the residents’ wellbeing.

Role focuses on personal care, meals, social engagement and accurate care records, with emphasis on dignity and independence within a supportive team. DBS check provided, UK work authorised.

Qualifications

• 6 months experience in a care setting is required

Location: Stoke-on-Trent, ST6 4HA
Contract type: 42 or 48 Hours Per Week
Rate: £13.21 Per Hour
Care home CQC rating: Rated 'Good' by CQC

We are looking for a caring, compassionate and cheerful Health Care Assistant to support adults living with complex care needs at Scotia Heights in Stoke-on-Trent.

Role purpose: You’ll support adults living with complex care needs to live their best lives and contribute to a caring, respectful environment.

• Supporting people with their personal care
• Assisting people at meal times
• Understanding individual health and wellbeing needs
• Encouraging and supporting people to take part in social activities, both in and out of the home
