Job summary

Blakemore Trade Partners is hiring a SPAR Customer Team Member at Sutton on Sea. You will support the store management team and help create a positive customer experience, contributing to sales and margins through friendly service and efficient till operation.

The role requires 16 hours with cover for sick/holiday, across flexible hours 7am–10pm, over 7 days, and you must be over 18. Training and ongoing tasks will include stock checks and promotions support.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience preferred.
• Able to work across flexible hours 7 days a week.
• Must be over 18.

Responsibilities

• Deliver friendly customer service and assist customers in finding items.
• Process purchases efficiently at the tills and support promotions.
• Assist with stock and store floor maintenance, price changes and displays.
