Nurseplus is hiring a Support Worker to provide high-quality care across settings in the social care sector, helping elderly and disabled clients maintain independence and dignity. You will work within a compassionate team, following care plans and delivering physical and emotional support as needed.

Qualifications

• 6 months previous care experience in a social care setting.
• You must be over 18 years old and have the right to work in the UK.
• A good standard of English and the ability to communicate effectively.
• A clear enhanced DBS, which you can apply for upon registration.

Responsibilities

• Assist service users with personal care, safe lifting and moving.
• Administer medication and meal preparation as needed.
• Provide companionship and follow care plans to support independence.
