Nurseplus is seeking a dedicated Support Worker in the UK to support service users with daily living tasks across various settings. You will collaborate with care plans to promote independence and dignity while delivering compassionate care.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months experience in the UK.
• Must be 18+ and eligible to work in the UK.
• Clear enhanced DBS (can apply upon registration).
• Good standard of English communication.

Responsibilities

• Assist service users with personal care and daily living activities.
• Aid safe lifting and mobility where required.
• Administer or assist with medication as directed per care plans.
