Job summary

Nurseplus is seeking a Support Worker to provide high-quality care across a range of social care settings in the United Kingdom. You will assist with personal care, mobility, meals, and companionship while adhering to care plans to maintain independence and dignity.

Qualifications

• 6 months previous care experience in a social care setting.
• You must be over 18 years old and have the right to work in the UK.
• Flexibility to travel to different care settings.
• A good standard of English and the ability to communicate effectively.
• A clear enhanced DBS, which you can apply for upon registration.

Responsibilities

• Assisting service users with personal care, safe lifting and moving.
• Administering medication and meal preparation.
• Providing general companionship and following individual care plans.
• Supporting independence and dignity for service users.
