Job summary

Morrisons in the United Kingdom is seeking a Market Street Baker to join our in-store bakery team in Bangor. You will be the face of the fresh bakery, ensuring product availability and presenting attractive displays.

You will prepare a range of bakery items, including bread, rolls, doughnuts, and fruited products, using prover, oven, and mixer while delivering outstanding, friendly service to customers and working flexibly across other fresh counters as required.

Qualifications

• Experience baking and producing bakery products.
• Competent Baker skills and ability to mix and mould dough.
• Ability to use equipment safely and maintain Health & Safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Ensure confidence in availability of fresh bakery products.
• Maintain quality displays to promote sales throughout the day.
• Prepare bakery products to company specifications using prover, oven and mixer.
• Deliver friendly and helpful service, assisting customers and removing barriers.
