The ideal candidate will have experience working with SEND children and demonstrate strong communication and organizational skills. Qualifications

• Experience in an educational setting is a must.
• Must hold the right to work in the UK.
• Available for an enhanced DBS check.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-to-one or small group support for pupils with Special Educational Needs.
• Assist in implementing Individual Education Plans (IEPs).
• Support classroom teachers and manage behavior.
• Help pupils develop confidence and social skills.
• Collaborate with teachers to ensure pupil progress.
