Job summary
An education recruitment provider in Northampton is looking for dedicated SEND Teaching Assistants to provide flexible ad hoc support in a primary school. The ideal candidate will have experience working with SEND children and demonstrate strong communication and organizational skills. Qualifications
Experience in an educational setting is a must.
Must hold the right to work in the UK.
Available for an enhanced DBS check.
Responsibilities
Provide one-to-one or small group support for pupils with Special Educational Needs.
Assist in implementing Individual Education Plans (IEPs).
Support classroom teachers and manage behavior.
Help pupils develop confidence and social skills.
Collaborate with teachers to ensure pupil progress.
