Job summary

Yorkshire Education Recruitment Ltd is seeking a Learning Support Assistant to join a Special Educational Needs (SEN) school in Goole on an adhoc basis. Start date is ASAP and roles are available on a part-time or full-time basis.

The ideal candidate will have proven experience in SEN settings, a passion for helping children with additional needs, and excellent communication skills. A Teaching Assistant qualification is desirable but not essential.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a similar SEN environment.
• Passionate about working with children with additional needs.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Teaching Assistant qualification is desirable but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Support children across EYFS to KS5.
• Create a stimulating and safe learning environment that encourages student participation and curiosity.
• Support student's academic and personal development through individualised instruction and guidance.
• Collaborate with colleagues to enhance the overall educational experience.
