Reed Wellbeing in Coventry & Warwickshire is seeking Self-Employed Health & Wellbeing Coaches to deliver NHS Healthier You programmes, including DPP and related services. You will run group and/or one-to-one sessions, travel to venues, and apply coaching methods to help participants adopt healthier lifestyles.

Flexible hours: about 12–20 hours per week, £50 per 90-minute session, with travel required and own vehicle essential.

Qualifications

Minimum Level 3 qualification in Exercise Referral, Health Improvement/Promotion/Public Health, Nutrition & Weight Management, Coaching & Behaviour Change, or Education & Training.
Training/competence in behaviour change delivery using recognised frameworks (e.g. COM-B, Behaviour Change Wheel, motivational interviewing, or health coaching approaches).
First Aid trained with a valid certificate.

Responsabilités

Deliver NHS Healthier You sessions in group and/or one-to-one settings.
Motivate and empower participants to make sustainable lifestyle changes using coaching techniques.
Adapt delivery to diverse needs and learning styles to encourage participation.
Monitor progress, review and identify additional support needs.
Signpost participants to local health and wellbeing services as required.
Participate in training, supervision and quality improvement activities.
Contribute ideas to improve programme delivery and outcomes.
