Job summary

Randstad Education in King's Lynn is seeking flexible Secondary Supply Teachers to support local schools across Key Stage 3 and 4. Choose day-to-day cover or longer placements to suit your schedule and career goals.

You will deliver engaging lessons, maintain high expectations, and work with an experienced local consultant to secure consistent, rewarding opportunities in West Norfolk schools.

Qualifications

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or QTLS (or UK-recognised equivalent).
• Strong classroom management and ability to adapt to unfamiliar secondary settings.
• Subject knowledge across KS3/KS4 in your specialist area.
• Excellent communication and professional approach.
• Enhanced DBS check current or willingness to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging lessons across KS3 and KS4 with high expectations.
• Leave clear handover notes for regular class teachers when covering.
• Plan, assess and mark work for long-term roles when required.
• Contribute to department meetings and parents' evenings as needed.
