Qualifications

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an equivalent recognised qualification.
• Recent experience within a UK secondary school.
• Confident classroom management and behaviour management skills.
• Strong communication and organisational abilities.
• Flexibility to adapt quickly to different schools, subjects and year groups.

Responsibilities

• Deliver pre-prepared lessons across a variety of secondary subjects.
• Keep students focused, motivated and on task.
• Manage classroom behaviour in line with each school's policies.
• Maintain a calm, safe and positive learning environment.
• Provide useful feedback to the regular teacher or school leadership.
