Job summary

Link3 Recruitment Ltd is seeking reliable Cover Supervisors to work across secondary schools in Uppingham (LE16) and surrounding areas on a day-to-day, short-term or long-term basis. You should have experience in secondary schools, strong classroom and behaviour management, and a flexible, proactive approach.

GCSEs are required for certain roles, and an Enhanced DBS is preferred. Right to work in the UK is required, with opportunities to gain experience across welcoming schools and support from

• Experience working within secondary schools.
• Strong classroom and behaviour management skills.
• Willingness to cover a range of subjects as needed.
• Professional, flexible and proactive approach.
• GCSE qualifications or higher for roles below Cover Supervisor level.
