Job summary

eTeach UK Limited invites applications for a Caretaker (Temporary in the first instance) to manage our school site, ensuring safety, maintenance and presentation to a high standard. Qualifications

• Dedicated, proactive and highly motivated individual with a strong commitment to health and safety.
• Flexible, able to cover other site team members and adapt to varying hours.
• Willingness to work daytime/irregular hours during Week 2 and summer months.

Responsibilities

• Open and secure the school premises, manage keys and alarm systems.
• Carry out daily checks of buildings and grounds and arrange repairs as needed.
• Undertake minor repairs and general maintenance.
• Identify defects and arrange repairs; monitor site safety and security procedures.
• Maintain records of routine checks and monitor building systems (heating, lighting).
• Support contractors on site and assist with grounds maintenance.
