Job summary

Teacher Active is seeking an experienced School Administrator to support busy school offices in Mansfield and surrounding areas. You will handle enquiries from parents and visitors, maintain pupil records and assist attendance processes.

Ideal candidates will have prior school-based administration experience, be highly organized, proficient with Arbor or similar MIS, and possess strong IT and Microsoft Office skills.

• Previous administrative experience within a school setting
• Experience using Arbor or another school MIS
• Strong IT and Microsoft Office skills
• Experience maintaining accurate pupil and school records
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organisation and attention to detail
• A professional, approachable and reliable manner
• The ability to communicate effectively with pupils, parents, staff and visitors
• An understanding of confidentiality and safeguarding within a school environment
• The ability to work independently and as part of a wider school team
