Job summary

One You Love Homecare Windermere is seeking caring individuals to join our team as non-medical caregivers. In clients' homes, you will provide companionship, assist with daily living activities, and help maintain independence and dignity.

You may perform light housekeeping, meal preparation, transportation support, and report changes in condition, all while upholding safety and infection-control protocols. We value reliability, empathy, and strong interpersonal skills.

Qualifications

• Prior caregiving or home care experience is a plus.
• State certification/licensure in good standing, if applicable.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Provide companionship and emotional support.
• Assist with daily living activities, including personal care and mobility.
• Prepare meals and assist with feeding.
• Maintain client safety and report changes in condition.
• Observe infection control and follow care plan protocols.
• Provide transportation for appointments and activities.
• Perform light housekeeping and laundry.
• Remind clients to take medication.
• Clock in/out and document all tasks.

Job Summary

Compensation: $20.00 - $24.00 per hour
