Job summary

Village Health Group seeks a Qualified GP to provide comprehensive clinical care across four sites. You will assess patients with undifferentiated problems, perform clinical decision-making, and manage medicines within the Total Triage model.

Flexible session numbers, different contract types, and protected admin time support a balanced workload. You may supervise GP registrars and medical students, contributing to teaching and service development.

Qualifications

• Qualified general practitioner with GMC registration.
• Experience of NHS primary care and multi-site practices.
• DBS check and full registration in good standing are required.

Responsibilities

• Assess and manage undifferentiated cases across in-person, telephone, and digital consultations.
• Prescribe and manage medicines with emphasis on safety and polypharmacy.
• Develop care plans and document safety-netting with patients and carers.
• Record consultations accurately and ensure appropriate clinical correspondence.
