HotelCare is seeking a Room Attendant to uphold exceptional cleanliness in guest rooms across hotels nationwide. You will work in a fast-paced environment, ensuring rooms meet brand standards and guest expectations.

Qualificações

• Hospitality experience, especially housekeeping, preferred.
• Weekend and flexible shifts may be required.
• Ability to lift, bend and stand for extended periods.
• High cleanliness standards and guest privacy awareness.

Responsabilidades

• Clean and tidy guest rooms to established standards.
• Change bed linens, replace towels, empty trash and restock amenities.
• Dust furniture, vacuum carpets, and clean mirrors for a neat appearance.
• Sanitize surfaces thoroughly for hygiene maintenance.
• Maintain stock levels of cleaning supplies and toiletries.
• Promptly report any maintenance issues or damages.
• Follow supervisor instructions and safety protocols.
• Ensure the security of guest rooms and the privacy of the guests.
• Provide professional and respectful service to guests and respond to their requests promptly.
