Job summary

The Bull Hotel is seeking a dedicated Room Attendant to join our busy housekeeping team. You will clean guest rooms and public areas, ensuring high standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction. Training will be provided, with full-time, flexible hours and casual considerations where appropriate.

• Previous experience as a Room Attendant (Chambermaid) or Cleaner is preferred but not essential.
• Strong spoken communication skills and a friendly manner are important.
• Need to be flexible with working days to cover a 7 day operation.

Responsibilities

• Clean 14 hotel guest rooms and bathrooms to a high standard.
• Clean public areas of the hotel as required.
• Maintain neat linen rooms, trolleys and workspaces.
• Assist guests with inquiries about rooms and facilities.
• Learn and apply knowledge of the hotel's products and services.
