NEXT Falkirk is seeking an Administrator to join a fast-paced store team, focusing on daily store administration, stock and cash handling, and audit-ready processes. You will support all company policies with a friendly, flexible approach and benefit from development from day one.

In this role you may work on the sales floor or in the stockroom and will be expected to deliver fast, friendly service while maintaining accuracy and organization. Flexible working options are available.

Qualifications

• Accurate, thorough and well organised with excellent attention to detail.
• Friendly, calm and efficient, even on busy days.
• Able to work on a flexible schedule and in various store areas.
• Comfortable using a PC and handling admin tasks.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily store administration tasks, including stock and cash handling.
• Ensure smooth running of admin processes to support audit results.
• Work across all areas of the store as needed, including sales floors and stockrooms.
• Provide fast and friendly service to customers from back or front of house.
• Escalate administration issues or discrepancies to the Store Team.
• Develop your skills and take control of your own development.
