Carlisle Support Services is seeking enthusiastic relief security officers to work across Tesco sites in the Wirral area. You will cover holidays and sickness, with shift times including early mornings and evenings.

Full training is provided and you will be supported to develop your security career while enjoying flexible hours and a clear progression path. Role emphasizes a proactive security presence, high standards of customer service, and effective incident management.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ years old due to licensable activity requirement.
• SIA Guarding or Door Supervision licence is required.
• 5 years of checkable work and address history across locations.
• Reliable, punctual, flexible and well-presented for a front-line role.
• Experience in security or customer-facing roles is desirable.

Responsabilités

• Provide visible security presence and deter crime across sites.
• Manage access and egress; conduct patrols and handle incidents.
• Engage with the public professionally and provide guidance.
• Follow safety and security procedures; work as part of a team.
