Job summary

SPAR Mote Park is looking for a Customer Team Member (18+) to support store operations and deliver excellent customer service. You will engage with customers, assist with product searches, process transactions, and help maintain stock and promotions to drive sales.

The role offers 10 hours per week with flexible coverage to cover sickness and holidays. Must be over 18 and ready to contribute to a busy, friendly team at SPAR Mote Park.

Qualifications

• Experience in similar retail roles preferred.
• Reliable with instructions and detail oriented.
• Understanding of retail policies (e.g. age restrictions) helpful.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers in a friendly, welcoming way.
• Assist customers with products and finding items.
• Process purchases at tills accurately and efficiently.
• Upsell and highlight multi-buy offers to maximise sales.
• Stock, check deliveries, rotate stock and keep the floor tidy.
• Carry out additional tasks such as price changes, promotions, and housekeeping.
• Follow company policies and procedures.
