Job summary

Aramark is recruiting a Retail Assistant for RM Condor in Arbroath (DD11 3SJ). This zero-hour role involves delivering outstanding customer service, operating tills, handling cash, replenishing stock, and keeping displays tidy while supporting everyday retail operations.

Qualifications

• Previous retail, catering, hospitality, or customer service experience desirable but not essential.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Cash handling and till operation experience advantageous.
• Reliable and flexible approach to work.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Deliver excellent customer service to all customers.
• Operate tills and handle cash transactions accurately.
• Process card payments and maintain till records.
• Replenish stock and ensure displays are well presented.
• Undertake stock rotation to maintain product quality and availability.
• Assist with deliveries and stock checks.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness in the retail environment.
• Follow all health & safety and company procedures.
• Support the wider team with day-to-day retail operations.
