Homecare Gurus Ltd is seeking compassionate Residential Care Assistants to join our flexible agency across our network of residential and nursing homes. You will support residents with personal care, daily routines and wellbeing, delivering person-centred care with dignity and respect.

Qualifications

Experience in residential or nursing home care.
Experience using hoists and moving and handling equipment.
Knowledge of safeguarding and infection control.
Assistance with personal care and mobility.
Good communication within a multidisciplinary team.

Responsibilities

Assist residents with personal care and daily routines.
Support mobility and transfers using appropriate equipment.
Assist with meals and hydration respecting dietary needs.
Provide companionship and promote wellbeing.
Observe and report changes in residents’ wellbeing and document care.
