Positive Futures is seeking a Relief Support Worker to empower children and young people with learning disabilities or autism. The role focuses on activity-based support, promoting independence, and building family resilience within local communities.

You will collaborate with families and professionals to design engaging, person-centred activities while ensuring safety, dignity and inclusive participation. Driving to client sites is required and training is provided.

Qualifikationen

• Experience providing care or support for children is advantageous.
• Ability to plan, organise and run activities for children and young people.
• Must hold a full valid UK/EU/EEA driving licence with access to a car.

Aufgaben

• Design and facilitate engaging activities aligned with each young person's plan.
• Collaborate with families and professionals to ensure safety and dignity.
• Maintain confidential records, risk assessments and progress reviews.
• Support new team members and volunteers as they embed into the service.
