Job summary

Sense Scotland is expanding its Lanarkshire relief pool and inviting compassionate individuals to join our team across Blantyre, Airdrie, Motherwell and Rutherglen. As a Relief Support Worker, you will help cover planned and unplanned absences, enabling people to live independently and stay connected to their communities.

You will support daily living activities, building relationships and promoting choice and dignity.

Qualifications

• Demonstrates genuine passion for supporting people with additional needs.
• Excellent communication, patience and initiative.
• Ability to work flexibly in a relief pool environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care, meal preparation and medication support as part of a team.
• Support people to attend activities, appointments and social events.
• Maintain records and liaise with families and healthcare professionals.
