Job summary

Social Interest Group (SIG) is seeking Bank/Relief Recovery Support Workers for its Brighton, Hove services to provide high-quality support and help residents reintegrate into the community. You will deliver pathways and appropriate interventions aligning with the SIG Equinox mission and values.

The role requires compassion, strong communication, and flexibility across shifts within a female-only residential setting. DBS checks apply, with training and safeguarding support provided.

Qualifications

• IT proficiency required.
• Experience with people of complex backgrounds including criminal justice, mental health, and/or substance misuse or a good sector understanding.
• Understanding of housing and social needs of people with multiple and complex needs.
• Able to influence and negotiate positive outcomes with others.
