Job summary

Serve Legal is recruiting auditors to collect observational data from pubs, bars, sports clubs and social venues for a leading media research client. You will visit venues within a designated area, make a small number of observations, and report back using our simple online system. These visits are anonymous and observational only.

This is a part-time, flexible role that fits around other commitments. Work is allocated on a project basis, with opportunities based on location and availability.

Qualifications

• Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.
• Smartphone with internet access.
• Able to work independently and reliably meet deadlines.
• No previous auditing experience required.
• Good communication via email and phone.

Responsibilities

• Visiting pubs, bars, sports clubs and social venues within a specified area.
• Completing visits during an allocated time window.
• Making simple observations based on the project requirements.
• Recording findings through our online reporting system.
• Providing basic evidence of attendance where required.
• Routes are typically made up of several venues located within the same area; auditors visit multiple venues when possible.
